My first design used one of my photo's as the page itself. 

I added the text and sketched out the buttons to look like graffiti.

I then added a background to the heading using another of my 

photos which I cropped. I then added a lens-flair to the middle of the

header to space the text. 

I added the effects to the wording in Photoshop. Using 

the pen tool and pressure sense tool, I added a neon glow

to the 3D sides of the text sketches. I then added glow

effects to each to give the outer colour.
